I really like this picture. It's art for sure. Beauty doesn't have to be perfect. (I say that everytime I look in the mirror! haha!) Hope you are having a nice weekend. ☼ Sunny
Wow, what happened ??? Did the rhododendron beat up the bench ? I think you have to be careful of rhododendrons, and not turn your back on them... with a name starting in "rh" and having the same number of syllables as "rhinoceros", I think one needs to be very cautious around them... just look at that bench !
I love this photo, though I might wonder about sitting on the bench at this end especially. Have you mentioned the bench to VP in Livorno? He uses guest photos for his bench blog. You can find his comment on many of my posts if you don't know him.
The bench could be restored - so art
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely scene, and maybe the broken bench is a cozy shelter for some little creatures.

ReplyDeleteEvery thing has its own beauty in time. Time may have changed them but they are both still beautiful, just in a different way.
ReplyDeletebe Well, be Happy, Clytie ;)
The blossoms are just as pretty on the ground, aren't they. Love this capture. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteA scattering of petals from glory of flower across broken line of bench is beautiful art.
